Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

3. REFUND POLICY
3.1 Your trouble is our trouble and your money guaranteed with every penny. We have thousands+ order and never miss any refund with any mistake by us. Refunds will be via Paypal or your payment choise.
3.2 Refunds take around 2 days.
3.3 Paypal prepaid cards’ refund takes around 2 weeks.
3.4 If your package does not arrive to YOUR COUNTRY during delivery time, we will refund your money. If it arrives to your country we may ask you contact with your local post office service.
3.5 You have to contact for refund within 14days after the package delivered. Otherwise you can not request refund. (see on Returns Policy in 4.1)
3.6 We refund if the item is sent back unused and in original condition. Returning shipping costs are for the buyer. (see on Returns Policy in 4.3)
3.7 Custom items (personalized like with your name or design) can not give back.
3.8 If you have trouble with mistake by us, we will refund with gladly.
4. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
4.1 You can return or exchange your package (if it is not custom item) without any reason within 14 days after deliver. Lost or damaged packages in your responsibility that are shipped back to me.
4.2 Return shipping costs in buyer’s responsibility.
4.3 Lost or damaged packages in your responsibility that are shipped back to me. Addition if you can send a photo to us before returning package that will be very good for us. So i can full refund if its damaged on the way for shipback.
